Construction Project Director

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Construction Project Director to join BluSky, a dynamic company dedicated to excellence, teamwork, and innovation. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for estimating, closing sales, and managing restoration projects for various properties. Your role will involve working closely with property owners and managers, developing cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and ensuring projects are completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and close business leads for restoration projects.
• Collaborate with property owners, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and meet profitability goals.
• Prepare accurate estimates and coordinate project scopes.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in construction industry sales.
• Proficiency in estimating software like Xactimate.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 with commission OTE $70,000 - $200,000.
