Construction Project Director

Job Description

The Construction Project Director at BluSky is responsible for managing and closing new business opportunities through personal business development and marketing activities. They collaborate closely with property owners to develop cost estimates for restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services related to damaged properties. This role involves ensuring effective sales, revenue generation, profit margins, AR & collections management, estimating proficiency, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Oversee revenue production and billing process
• Develop project budgets and monitor costs
• Manage accounts receivable and collections
• Close leads through business development activities
• Provide accurate project estimates
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in restoration or construction sales
• Construction estimating and large loss experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xactimate
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Business ethics and integrity
• OSHA, CPR, First Aid certifications a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
