Job Description

As a Customer Business Team Lead at CROSSMARK, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy. This role involves deepening client relationships, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients in the retail sector.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the retailer P&L, including revenue, payroll, and expenses.
  • Provide leadership to team members, cultivating a positive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and customers, understanding their goals and objectives.
  • Execute strategic plans for clients' brands, focusing on sales, share, distribution, and financial management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to drive brand promotion strategies and enhance brand activation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the CPG industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and communication tools.
  • Ability to travel within the US as needed.
