Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic/Technician C to join our team at Southeastern Freight Lines, Inc. As a crucial member of our maintenance crew, you will play a key role in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various equipment essential for transporting and handling freight.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on diesel tractors, trucks, and forklifts.
- Troubleshoot and analyze component parts and systems for efficient operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks and repairs as necessary.
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment to meet service schedules and customer requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Minimum 6 months of related experience and/or training.
- Background check and drug test pass.
- Preferably experienced in Diesel Engine Repair, Automotive Diagnostics, and ASE Certification.
Compensation
- Salary: $28.80-$35.80 per hour.
- Job Type: Full-Time.
- Work Shift: Third Shift.
