Job Description
We are seeking team and service-oriented Dietary Aids to join our community at Chatsworth by Erickson Senior Living. As a Dietary Aid, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining service for our residents. Your responsibility will include ensuring the overall efficiency of the dining room and pantry while aligning with the Erickson Senior Living Mission, Vision, and Values.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome residents at the restaurant and ensure the flow of the restaurant.
- Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up.
- Ensure adequate nutritional intake for all residents and maintain front of the house and kitchen sanitation.

Requirements
- Six months of experience in a food service environment is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in the English Language.
- Ability to safely lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays.
