Job Description

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional - Relief to join LEAP Life Enrichment Advancing People in Turner, ME. Responsibilities

• Supervise, assist, and instruct supported individuals in enhancing their independence through various activities.
• Provide support in household tasks, maintenance, and meal preparation for residents.
• Engage in paperwork, reporting, attending meetings, and ongoing training as required.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 with a high school degree or GED.
• Previous experience in related roles like Ed Tech, CAN, BHP, or PSS is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, dependability, and good judgment.
