Position: Director Customer Development
We are currently seeking a qualified Director of Customer Development to join our team at CROSSMARK. As the ideal candidate, you will possess in-depth knowledge of the retail industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the retailer's profitability, including revenue, payroll, and expenses.
- Provide strategic leadership to team members, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment.
- Drive growth for CROSSMARK HQ clients above industry standards.
- Establish and nurture strong business relationships with retailers.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expanding service offerings and revenue streams.
- Effectively analyze data to identify sales opportunities and promote additional services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5 years of experience in CPG industry with 2 years of headquarter selling experience.
