Position: Director Customer Development

We are currently seeking a qualified Director of Customer Development to join our team at CROSSMARK. As the ideal candidate, you will possess in-depth knowledge of the retail industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the retailer's profitability, including revenue, payroll, and expenses.
  • Provide strategic leadership to team members, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Drive growth for CROSSMARK HQ clients above industry standards.
  • Establish and nurture strong business relationships with retailers.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expanding service offerings and revenue streams.
  • Effectively analyze data to identify sales opportunities and promote additional services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 5 years of experience in CPG industry with 2 years of headquarter selling experience.
