Director of Contracts and Grants

Job Description

Open Sky Community Services is looking for an experienced financial professional to fill the position of Director of Contracts and Grants. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Director will oversee all pre and post contract award administration activities, playing a crucial role in managing contract processes and financial reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will lead cross-departmental teams and work closely with organizational leaders to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract life-cycles and negotiations, including MOUs and subcontracts.
• Ensure accurate tracking of funds and timely submission of financial reports to funders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to document revenues and support State billing portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, grants, and staff management.
• Proven expertise in data analytics and team leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
