Job Description
We are looking for a talented District Manager to join CROSSMARK. As a District Manager, you will lead and coordinate a regional territory of retail service merchandisers, ensuring projects are completed as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to retail merchandisers as the main company contact.
- Track completions in the assigned region, ensuring timely coverage of all account calls.
- Communicate work assignments and project expectations to retail merchandisers.
- Collaborate with Account Management team and Operations Director to address performance issues and policy adherence.
- Implement established policies and procedures, and document communication with retail merchandisers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and effective communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and be highly self-motivated.
