Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician 1 to join Charter Next Generation in Bloomer, WI. As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production line operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers for efficient operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and special projects.
• Interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Follow electrical safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.

Requirements

• Associate degree in relevant field.
• 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Technical/mechanical aptitude and computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment

This role involves physical tasks on a production floor, requiring the ability to lift weight, maneuver around hot surfaces, and adapt to varying temperatures. Reasonable accommodations are available.
