Job Description
We are looking for a Fine Dining Hospitality Server to join Hornblower - City Experiences in Washington, DC. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests while embodying our RESPECT Service System. If you are energetic, enthusiastic, and have a passion for delivering outstanding service, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional hospitality following our RESPECT service system.
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas and service stations.
- Participate in guest celebrations and entertainment experiences.
- Accurately handle payment transactions and provide information to guests.
- Set up and break down dining areas as required.
- Assist with seating guests and ensure a warm welcome.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Energetic personality and excellent communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and willingness to assist others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to work standing for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Availability to work on holidays and meet minimum age requirements.
