Astrophysics Inc. is seeking a talented Global Marketing Manager to join our team in City of Industry, California. As a leading designer and manufacturer of X-Ray security inspection systems, we are dedicated to ensuring global safety and security through advanced technology. The Global Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing marketing operations, executing global campaigns, managing regional personnel, and driving brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global marketing strategies in coordination with headquarters and regional offices.
• Lead and supervise Marketing Managers and regional personnel to drive localized initiatives and sales lead generation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform marketing decisions and campaigns.
• Manage brand positioning, public relations, and communications activities.
• Coordinate marketing materials production and ensure consistency across all channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven track record of successful global marketing campaigns and team leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.
