Job Description

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) to join our team. As a GFI, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members through high-energy and uplifting group fitness classes. We are passionate about providing inclusive, accessible, and enjoyable fitness opportunities to our members, and we are looking for individuals who embody our core values of unity, passion, love, integrity, fun, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide an exceptional fitness experience to all Studio members.
• Ensure Vasa Uplift Member Experience (VUME) is executed in every class.
• Prepare the room and greet members at the door on time for each class.
• Demonstrate exercises and movements safely and accurately, while actively monitoring members' performance.
• Execute post-class procedures, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing to provide a safe and bright environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns.
• Teach a safe and effective class that provides options for various fitness levels and abilities.
• Create a supportive and inclusive community within each class.
• Promote classes to retain and invite new participants.
