Job Description
Join VASA Fitness and be part of a passionate, fun, and united team! We are seeking a qualified Group Fitness Instructor - Studio Red Coach to deliver energetic and motivating high-intensity interval training workouts, providing exceptional member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver an exceptional fitness experience to all members.
- Ensure the room is set up and members are greeted at the door to start class on time.
- Safely demonstrate exercises with correct form and ensure member safety.
- Offer excellent customer service by promptly responding to member needs and concerns.
- Actively engage and motivate members throughout the workouts.
- Recommend relevant VASA Fitness products and amenities.
- Invite and encourage non-STUDIO members to attend classes to build membership and attendance.
- Coach individuals at their fitness levels, providing modifications as needed.
- Monitor effort and encourage participants using Myzone technology.
- Engage with social media to promote the STUDIO product and celebrate member wins.
