Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our team of room attendants and uphold exceptional customer service standards for our guests at a local hotel. If you are experienced in the hospitality industry and passionate about ensuring a positive guest experience, we want you to join our team.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $18 to $19/hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Flexible, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Oversee daily staff operations.
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
• Schedule shifts and handle staff replacements.
• Establish cleanliness standards and motivate team members.
• Address customer complaints and special requests.
• Maintain cleaning products stock and participate in large cleaning projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with cleaning tasks in large organizations.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Physical stamina and flexibility in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma preferred.
