We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at BCI Construction INC. Primary Duties:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding procedures.
  • Address employee inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases' confidentiality.
  • Participate in HR policy development and implementation.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR practices and employment law.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma required; HR degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience preferred.
