Primary Duties:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding procedures.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases' confidentiality.
- Participate in HR policy development and implementation.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and administration.
- Support HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR practices and employment law.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma required; HR degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR databases.
- 3-5 years of HR experience preferred.
