Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support the HR department.
• Post and manage job openings on various platforms.
• Source and screen potential candidates using the Applicant Tracking System.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Handle reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and assist with HR inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to build relationships quickly.
