Job Description
Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the hotel's power plant and related equipment in South East Florida.
Responsibilities
- Make repairs and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, boilers, chillers, and electrical systems.
- Take readings on equipment, test cooling tower, and maintain Life Safety systems.
- Monitor and inspect HVAC equipment regularly and make emergency repairs when necessary.
- Follow OSHA standards and perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel or related field experience preferred.
- Trade school or college coursework in a related field helpful.
- Flexible with long hours occasionally required; ability to communicate effectively and multitask.
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming and comply with safety regulations.
