Hydrogeologist (Early Career)

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Early Career Hydrogeologist to join Montgomery & Associates, a highly respected water resources consulting company. This position involves supporting projects related to quantitative hydrogeology and groundwater resources management in Northern California, with a focus on the implementation of the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act.

Responsibilities

• Interpretation of hydrogeologic data and development of conceptual models.
• Assisting with model inputs and outputs, water budgeting, and data analysis.
• Collaborating with project leads and managers on various tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hydrology, geology, or engineering; graduate degree preferred.
• 1-4 years of experience in environmental consulting.
• Proficiency in GIS, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
