Join our team at Keter Environmental Services LLC as an Inside Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in optimizing waste and recycling programs for our clients' properties. By being the primary contact for waste and recycling needs, you will collaborate across departments to drive efficiency and enhance customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily waste and recycling operations for multiple properties remotely.
• Dispatch haulers based on detailed analysis and proprietary software usage.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and roll-off container placements.
• Maintain accurate tracking and evaluation of key information.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Preferred college degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong time management and negotiation abilities.
