Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Millers Home Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for both existing and new customers, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle. You will work onsite at our store in Vancouver, Washington, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach to existing customers and walk-ins to make effective sales presentations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, process orders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales orders and handle special assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to drive sales success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or sales support roles.
  • Experience with business-to-business commerce and communication software preferred.
  • Customer service, public speaking, or training experience in a technology company is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Medium Work: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 25 pounds frequently.
  • Constant handling and use of hands/fingers for operational tasks.

Compensation

Starting hourly wages range from $14.2 to $24.9 based on experience and qualifications.
