At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Child Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Child Care Team Lead (CCTL), you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to care for and safeguard the well-being of the children of our members and guests during their visits to VASA. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming and safe environment and delivering fun and entertaining programs for our mini-members.

Responsibilities

The CCTL will be responsible for supporting staffing and training, upholding KidCare standards, delivering fun and entertaining programming, flawless playbook execution, managing operating costs, ensuring the safety of our mini-members, and maintaining a sparkling clean KidCare Center.

Leadership Responsibilities

In addition, the CCTL will build and develop a high-performing team, establish a culture within the team that adheres to our core values and drives accountability, and provide ongoing support and coaching for team member development.
