We are seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to patients under PT supervision.
• Assist in patient assessments and referrals to appropriate rehab programs.
• Efficiently document patient progress and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Obtain necessary MD orders for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program as a Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
• Current state license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
