We are hiring a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying suitable patients and referring them for rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely, following state guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with MD orders for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Complete all required documentation in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
• Hold a current state license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
