We are seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
- Current state license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist in patient assessment and referral process.
- Accurately document patient progress and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
- Obtain necessary medical orders for treatments and maintain documentation.
