Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at LESC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, conducting assessments, providing emotional support, and contributing to the overall treatment planning for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications to clients.
- Conduct health maintenance and educational groups on hygiene, nutrition, and substance use.
- Assess medical needs, write progress notes, and participate in treatment planning.
- Administer and monitor vital signs, provide emotional support, and fill in for other nurses when needed.
Schedule Options
- Full-Time: Tuesday-Saturday 2PM-10PM
- Per Diem: Flexible shifts available

Salary
$56,000 - $56,000 / year
