We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CNY Family Care, LLP. This position is full-time, with the shift being during the day. The rate of pay for this role ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. This position offers the opportunity to work with patients from start to finish, implementing preventive care measures. As an LPN at our practice, you will be involved in obtaining vitals, the intake process, working with providers to assist with patient visits, administering injections, performing ECGs, telephone triage, placing orders, refilling prescriptions at the providers' request, and phlebotomy.

Requirements

  • Current valid New York State Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Prior experience in a busy medical office preferred, but not required

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
