Job Description

Courtyard Flint is looking for a Maintenance professional to join their team. As part of the maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at the property. Your attention to detail and proactive maintenance approach will contribute to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Perform tasks like changing light bulbs, performing preventative maintenance in guest rooms, repairing plumbing, kitchen and laundry equipment, HVAC systems, and more.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensure in a trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state is necessary.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record specific to the property is required.
