Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Norman. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including minor repairs and touch-ups.
- Maintain and repair various hotel equipment such as HVAC, kitchen appliances, and laundry equipment.
- Monitor energy conservation and respond to alarms promptly.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensing in a trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
