Join our team as a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at Mountain View Apartments. We are looking for a motivated individual with customer service, leadership, and hands-on skills to assist with various maintenance tasks. Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with resident work orders and apartment turnovers.
- Perform grounds/landscaping work and handle electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
- Repair appliances and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in salt/snow removal duties and be part of an on-call rotation.
- Possible on-call bonus eligibility.
Requirements
- Prior residential maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
