Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Tech II to join Homewood Suites Manchester, a reputable hotel managed by Highgate Hotels, a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company. As a Maintenance Tech II, you will be responsible for assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance for guest rooms including minor repairs and touch-ups.
- Maintain and repair ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Handle plumbing repairs, equipment maintenance, and monitor energy conservation.
- Respond to alarms promptly, determine emergency status, and report findings to the Front Desk.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensing in a trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for the applicable state with an acceptable MVR.
