Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and property turns. The position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct repairs in areas such as small appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
- Additional duties as per the job description.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification.
- Outstanding safety skills.
- Personal tools and vehicle required.
- Ability to work weekends and travel within the region.
- Physical capability to lift over 50lbs and perform extended periods of standing, bending, and walking.
- Knowledge of equipment functions, appliances, and ladders.
