Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join Charter Next Generation (CNG), a leading producer of specialty film and packaging solutions. This position is based at our facility in Bloomer, WI.

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production lines following safety protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues effectively
- Perform electrical panel building, installation, and maintenance tasks
- Execute preventive maintenance, repairs, and special projects
Requirements
- Associate degree in relevant field
- 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication abilities and teamwork
- Physical fitness for the demands of the job
