Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the apartment community.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in apartment maintenance.
- Proficiency in landscaping, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
- Preferred experience with pool maintenance and operating a pressure washer.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, handle janitorial equipment, and work with chemicals safely.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
