Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance operations related to apartment home upkeep and turns. The position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct small appliance, plumbing, electrical repairs, and other repairs on the property.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
- Other duties as per job description.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and good customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and EPA certification.
- Exceptional safety skills and possession of personal tools.
- Ability to work weekends, travel, and lift over 50lbs.
