Primary Objective & Scope of Position

The Material Handler role involves storing, moving, and distributing products efficiently. As a key team member, you will lead by example and provide training to fellow employees.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities

• Efficient merchandise movement within designated locations.
• Handle movement of merchandise to and from the show floor for storage, delivery, or shipment.
• Utilize point of sale (POS) system for management of product flow.
• Ensure accuracy in customer orders and system records.
• Responsible for unloading, identifying, inspecting, and receiving incoming merchandise.
• Provide training and support to colleagues, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by resolving discrepancies and keeping management informed.
• Fulfill all tasks as directed by supervisors, including facility maintenance and safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards one).
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of tools, hardware components, and product assembly.
• Valid driver's license and basic computer knowledge required.
• POS system knowledge is a plus.
