Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Member Experience Specialist to join Kirtland Federal Credit Union. This unique role involves working as both a teller and banker, assisting members with various financial services and products.
Responsibilities
- Create and enhance member relationships, delivering exceptional service.
- Handle teller transactions, account maintenance, and new account openings.
- Process loan applications and provide financial advice to members.
- Maintain cash drawer, adhere to policies, and ensure legal compliance.
- Support the credit union's mission, vision, and service standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
- Basic sales and lending experience beneficial.
- Strong member service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and financial analysis.
- Ability to multitask, cross-sell products, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
