Job Description

We are looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer to join our rapidly growing origination team at Zillow Home Loans. As a ZHL Mortgage Loan Officer, you will have access to on-demand leads, enabling you to focus on providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and guide borrowers through the loan process.
• Respond to and manage incoming customer calls.
• Establish relationships with customers, real estate agents, etc.
• Analyze client needs to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
• Stay updated on various loan programs and ensure successful loan structuring.
• Adhere to federal and state laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses.
• 20-hr SAFE Pre-licensing Education completion and passing of the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test.
• 1+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and phone sales environment.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Highly motivated and competitive with exceptional time management.

Irving, TX - Employees must live within 75 miles of the designated Zillow Home Loans branch location.
