MST Therapist at PermiaCare
PermiaCare is seeking an MST Therapist to provide intensive family and community-based treatment for at-risk youth. The MST Therapist will conduct assessments, engage key participants, and implement evidence-based practices to promote pro-social behavior and prevent juvenile delinquency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct MST assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Engage with caregivers and key participants to drive positive change.
- Maintain clear documentation and adhere to MST principles.
- Participate in training and development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Professional licensure preferred (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record.
