Occupational Therapist - Part-Time at Calais School

The Calais School, a state-approved special education institution, is currently seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to our students with multiple learning disabilities and various disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services as outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintain student files and communicate with the school's case manager regarding IEP requirements.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Occupational Therapy program.
• Supervise contracted occupational therapists and screen students for therapy needs.
• Monitor student progress through observations and act as a resource person at the school.
• Deliver in-service workshops for staff as needed.

Certification as a New Jersey School Occupational Therapist is required.
