Job Description:

The Outpatient Clinician (OC) plays a crucial role in providing individual, group, and family-based clinical interventions in an evolving outpatient clinic. The OC must excel in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidenced-based clinical interventions to deliver trauma-informed and culturally sensitive treatment. Core responsibilities include designing, implementing, and measuring evidenced-based interventions, chart maintenance, and ensuring high treatment satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • 1-2 years of clinical experience
  • Experience in providing behavioral health services preferred
  • Knowledge of Evidenced-based treatments and interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of clinical best practices for a broad range of DSM V diagnoses
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work both independently and within a team

Essential Functions:

  • Complete billing objectives weekly
  • Conduct intake assessments and evaluations
  • Provide therapy based on treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and treatment plans
  • Submit necessary documentation and attend supervision sessions
  • Participate in training programs and adhere to agency policies

Other Functions:

  • Perform miscellaneous assignments
  • Participate in treatment team meetings
  • Support transition plans related to admission and discharge
