Job Description

Join the prestigious TPC Network as an Outside Operations Staff member at TPC Louisiana in Avondale, LA. As the first point of contact for club members and guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable golfing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with their golfing needs.
• Greet and welcome members and guests.
• Ensure golf cars are clean and stocked for players.
• Manage practice facility operations and maintenance.
• Support members and guests with departing from the facility.
• Collaborate with Golf Shop staff to uphold club rules.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar setting.

Physical Demands and Environment

This role involves exposure to outdoor weather conditions and physical tasks including lifting and moving items. Specific vision abilities are required.
