Salary: Up to $18.00/hr + $1000 Sign-on Bonus
Mount Prospect Academy is now hiring Overnight Residential Youth Counselors/Direct Care Behavioral Health Professionals to join our team. As an Overnight Residential Youth Counselor, you will be responsible for providing overnight supervision and support to young individuals in our care, fostering stability, personal growth, and healing during critical night hours. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in youth's lives and committed to their well-being, join us in this challenging yet rewarding role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in bedtime and wake-up routines
- Conduct bed-checks and provide crisis support
- Facilitate positive program culture and student success
- Document service delivery and behavior-related incidents
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree OR relevant work experience
- Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US
- Background check and pre-employment checks completion
