PCA | CNA 3PM TO 11PM

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated PCAs/CNAs to join Charter Senior Living in the 3PM to 11PM shift. Responsibilities

• Ensure residents' care and well-being in a professional manner.
• Assist with medication reminders, grooming, dressing, and other daily activities.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Maintain documentation of assistance provided and report any concerns.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Participate in training, meetings, and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience with the elderly preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure with professionalism.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
