Permanency Clinician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Permanency Clinician to join our team at Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS). As a Permanency Clinician, you will provide individual and family therapy to at-risk and adjudicated youth in various Vermont communities. Your role will involve offering short-term support and stabilization services, guiding clients and families in accessing long-term community resources. This position requires traveling throughout Vermont to provide services, with a focus on clinical oversight, therapy, case management, and active participation in team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical oversight on assigned cases.
• Provide individual and family therapy.
• Establish treatment goals and recommendations.
• Support the activities of the Permanency Coordinator.
• Offer clinical support to overcome obstacles and develop support networks.

Requirements

• Master's Degree preferred in related fields.
• 1+ year experience in human services required.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• Ability to pass background and licensing checks.
