Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in banking products to drive sales and satisfaction, handling tasks from account openings to issue resolutions efficiently.
• Build trust and manage customer relationships, focusing on consumer lending and new accounts.
• Embrace continuous learning to adapt to new processes and contribute to team growth.
• Ensure daily operational tasks are completed accurately and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Promote technological solutions for banking interactions, educating customers on digital tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of previous teller experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in technology with a willingness to adopt new software.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to concentrate on tasks amidst distractions.
• Capacity to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Occasional travel for meetings and training.
