Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across multiple skilled nursing centers, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care while ensuring positive clinical results.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with patients and visitors.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
