Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, with the ability to create a schedule that suits your availability at multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area. You will play a crucial role in delivering efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and satisfying patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Provide direct patient care and supervise unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current state nursing license is mandatory.
- Preference for experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Proficient in English language for effective communication.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
