Job Description

Centria Autism is seeking a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with team members and management across our service lines. The role involves partnering within regions to provide value-added services, maintain business literacy, and drive business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with business units, offering HR guidance and support.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop effective solutions and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex team member relations issues and investigations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and incorporate HR processes and technology for future growth.
  • Provide performance management guidance, coaching, and counseling to line management.
  • Enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention within the organization.
  • Identify training and development needs and collaborate on workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Participate in compensation analysis, organizational design, and HR initiatives for improved service delivery.
  • Collaborate on recruitment and diversity strategies with leadership and HR team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; PHR/SHRM certification desirable.
  • 5-7 years of experience in team member relations and strategic HR roles.
  • Proficiency in HR disciplines, employment laws, and organizational practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret data, set KPIs, and drive business results through HR analytics.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with potential for occasional shift flexibility and support for multiple time zones.
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds as necessary.
