Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner

Job Description

We are looking for a Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner to join Centria Autism, a leading provider of home-based rehabilitation care and Autism services. As the Regional HR Generalist/Business Partner, you will collaborate with management and team members, provide HR guidance, and drive initiatives to enhance performance and productivity within the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with business units and provide HR guidance.
• Analyze trends to develop solutions and programs.
• Resolve team member relations issues and conduct investigations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and HR regulatory items.
• Provide performance management guidance and coaching to line management.
• Improve work relationships, morale, and productivity.
• Identify training needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR team members on recruitment and diversity initiatives.
• Optimize organizational design and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PHR/SHRM certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• 5-7 years of experience in team member relations, 3-5 years in a strategic HR role.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and employment laws.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and G Suite applications.
• Ability to interpret data and drive business results.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Working Conditions

• Office hours from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility in scheduling may be required to support multiple time zones.
• Physical demands include bending, lifting, and prolonged sitting.
